A hands-on approach characterises the way Jacob Building & Development undertakes each and every project, Although some works have to be sub-contracted, we remain fully accountable and are always responsible for the standard of work and speed of our chosen contractors.

Quotations can be either estimated or fixed, depending on the information you provide. If an estimate is necessary, works will not begin, until a fully broken down fixed quote is agreed. We also offer JCT minor works contracts incorporating retention, payment schedules, programme of works and liquidated damage clauses included on all larger scale projects. No monies are required up-front on any projects, and all works are fully guaranteed.
