Started in early 2007 by Simon Jacob, Jacob Building & Development provide the answers to all of your refurbishment and new build needs. All projects are handled individually from start to finish, by either Simon or an employed member of the Jacob Building & Development team.

Based near the M3 in Hampshire, Jacob Building & Development are well positioned to undertake projects throughout London and the South East. We employ skilled and knowledgeable tradesmen, in all aspects of the industry, enabling us to provide a complete building service.
